At MTM WATCH, we stand behind the precision and durability of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.

Inspection and Refund

Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
